rear wheels seem hard to turn

Default rear wheels seem hard to turn
I have a 2014 4x4 3.55 electronic locking diff. the rear tires were alot harder to turn compared to the fronts. The truck was in park and on jack stands. Is this normal?

That and you may also have a parking shoe lever stuck which is creating drag
