Any idea how well these work for vehicles that have to have the DRLs enabled (all vehicles in Canada). I know what HIDs get complicated as they cannot run at half power (DRL) and force the user to always have their headlights on full power. Will LEDs work at half power without flickering?

Could you post a pic of them aimed at a wall at night about 25 ft away?

Just wanting to be sure, these are just plug and play in the standard headlight buckets? No additional stuff to buy? How about heat, I'd hate to melt anything. Are they an improvement to our stock heads, considering the cost? Looking forward to more after dark photos.
These could be just what I'm looking for, I live in a heavily infested deer area, and really hate pulverizing bambis, bears, cougars, etc.
I could be interested in a group buy myself.

Judging from the OP's pics and the pics from their website, I don't see any headlight cut-off (sharp or otherwise). IOW, these look like they would be spilling light onto oncoming traffic. The light pattern on these kinda remind me of the HIDs I put in an halogen housing.

Exactly what I was thinking too. I'd have to see some better pics, especially the "cut off" that the OP is talking about.

My son has halogens in his truck & really don't want to spend $1000-$1200 for OEM HID's like what I have. But still want to see if these are the answer to help out with some better light without offending oncoming traffic... & you're also correct about heat...are they going to be ok in the housings without doing damage in time?
