Of course this is to be expected, with by far the largest number of registered vehicles in the nation in California...over 33,000,000; and the largest number of licensed drivers, nearly 23,000,000. And as a leading automotive industry media analyst (Auto Blog) reported, Galpin Ford is not just a Ford dealer, it is "The Ford Dealer."
Following is a list of the top ten states for licensed drivers:

HAHA I sold an Expedition to the father of a guy who worked for Galpin. His father lived in Maryland and they came into Apple Ford and bought a brand new loaded up Eddie Bauer Expedition from me.
Apple Ford is at the time was in the Top 100 Ford Dealers at the time and I think now is ranked around 60 for Total cars sold. He gave the impression that we were just some mom & pop store compared to Galpin. I wouldn't mind going there just to see what it was all about.

Trust me your not missing much. Most croooked dealership in So. Cal. Salesmen don't know jack. Atleast, in my experience. But, hey they'll buy you a steak dinner from there on site restaurant. Of course they put that in the price of the vehicle. They just wear people down till you agree to sign.

During my employment with Ford all Tasca units coming down the line had a Tasca flag on the roof to indicate special treatment. You certainly didnt want to be the supervisor or the line worker to screw something up on a Tasca unit.
