Largest tire size on stock 20's
I have done a search.... But the search on here is not the best.
Looking to get new tires for the truck. I would like to go little larger then stick size. Would 33X12.5R20 rub?

I was wondering the same thing and did a lot of research. "NASSTY" on the forum is running Nitto 295 60 20 Nitto's. That is 34.4 x 12.3 with a slight rub at full lock on the control arm. That is the biggest I have seen and I believe the only company making that size. It is a 80 psi tire.
I was going this rout but decided on going with new 17" wheels and 35 x 12.5 tires. I think it looks better, it certainly works better (you ever seen a true offroad truck with 20's) 20's are a little too much bling for me, but that's just my opinion. If you are not a offroad guy, that again is the biggest you can run.
Of course that is with a leveling kit.

I tried mounting my 33x12.5x20 toyo mts on my stock platinum rims and they would not fit, Maybe something with a less aggressive lug would work but definitely not a MT. They were rubbing the control arm, so it was a no go, so I ended up buying new rims...

i just installed the same tires as nassty on stock rims and yes they do hit the uca at full lock but not too bad. the nitto trails have side lugs so if he went with a less aggressive tread maybe it will work?
