November 1st of 2010 I brought home my first Ford vehicle. It's a 10' Lariat, sscrew, tux black. It doesn't have nav or power fold mirrors but I have not had the need for any of that stuff yet. I've added, moto metal 951 wheels, go rhino step bars, window wind deflectors, debadged, rhino liner, low profile slim tool box, weather tech floor mats, and a spacer kit. Just turned 11,000 miles. I bought a ford because what you get for your money. Also I drive a crown vic at work and know how hard we drive those cars. If my crown Vic is still running strong after 90,000 miles at the end of it life at my department I should get 500,000 out of my truck. Built Ford tough is right.

Meet "Ox". He was born (to me) on Friday, February 13th. Weighs a couple of thousand pounds, but I hear Mom is doing nicely.
Pics aren't the greatest; rained like a b**ch all weekend, and shot these during the 15-second appearance of the sun.

For me the Lariat is a perfect blend of luxury, creature comforts while maintaining truck capability. I got mine the day before Christmas, I've only got 1300 miles on it now and couldn't be happier with it. First Ford for me since a 1991 Explorer.
I've spent more time bolting on accessories than I have driving it so far...
-Amp Research Powerstep running boards
-ARE Z Series Fiberglass Cap
-BedRug
-Weathertech floor mats & mudflaps
-RuggedLiner rear wheel well liners
-Carriage Works lower front grille
-Pop&Lock power tailgate lock
-Colormatched F150 Emblems
So here's a bunch of pics I've taken along the way...

Mine's on a rail car somewhere between Chattanooga and Memphis right now (helps to know folks that can track rail cars), I should be picking it up in the next week or so!
Here's a run down on what I ordered:
4x2 SCrew, EB, 157" WB, 3.73 E-Locker
Max Tow package
Dark Blue Pearl w/ two tone paint
Black interior with front bench seat
Lariat Plus Package
Tailgate and Box side steps
Running Boards
Needless to say, the anticipation has been killing me. This will be my first brand new truck!
