1200 for 1 powered 10..... sounds like a lot. i have supercrew box shipped to my house for 190 matched carpet. a used 700 watt amp i bought for 50 off a buddy. I'm ordering my subs next paycheck, 2 10's for 200 (JL audio). quote on install controller and adapter was 300. so we are talking $750 for 2 tens, professional install for half the price and that thing will still need to be installed.

So do all of the trucks have that plug back there or only the ones with the subwoofer?

Your $1,200 for 1 powered 10 comment isn't entirely accurate. The powered 10 only is about $600, this isn't that system.

The reason this one is $1,200 is it plugs directly into the back of the non-sony system and also powers the rest of the speakers as well. Its an ok idea if you have that stock, non-sony system and don't want to invest in a whole setup.

No this setup taps into one front speaker using T-Taps, took 45 minutes start to finish! The Built in amp Grounds in the P.S. Kick panel ground bolt, then run Fused Power Wire to battery like any other amp! EZ PZ... No hacking, Cutting, or Splicing, and EZily removable to sell or reinstall when trading your truck in..

Here's the Ebay seller I bought mine from, shot them a Best Offer of $400.00 & Bingo! Cost me $25 extra for tax, but no biggie!

If you want a Sub that will be heard from a Mile away, this isn't for you! It will vibrate your seats, like a nice back rub ha ha... But, it's a 200W 10" Shallow Mount! So don't try to Compare it to a 10" 1000W sub, not the same Animal!

This is Tuned for our trucks, so you Won't get any Annoying Nuonces or Vibrations from this setup, which I love!

And this is the same Sub, but also includes a Plug n Play Amp/DSP to be used with the Stock Ford Speakers! Of course if going this Route make a Best Offer as well!

I have the factory sub installed in my truck, but would be interested in adding the amp from this kit but I can't seem to find it as a standalone product. Does anyone know if its available?
