It would be sweet but out of my wheel house.

Just got the powerstage upgrade about a month ago from Rogel Ford and its great. For the cost and amount of space it takes up, I can't complain.
For those of you guys who have bought it, can you run a full size floor mat in the back? In post #28 it looks like bluebullet10 has a full size husky weatherbeater in there, just wondering how much trimming might be necessary? Can you get away with just trimming that small square out meant for the Sony system or do you need to cut away a larger area?

Just installed on my 12' supercrew. I trimmed my weathertech mat a little because with the travel of the sub while on, it would have hit the mat. This kit sounds amazing compared to stock!

I put the subwoofer in tonight; holy crap that thing is loud! No major hurdles since Lethal's write up pretty much covers it. That Sony system is terrible, Ford should be ashamed to call it the premium stereo upgrade and charge what they do. I am thankful Beau is selling these kits for the awesome price point because I would have never forked over the retail price Ford asks for the kicker kit. If I would have known and could do it again I wouldn't have bothered with the Sony stereo and been happy to install the full kicker system amp and all.
Never used posi-taps before, they are great for this install since I cringed to mess with the factory wiring. The days of tearing into a new car/truck are long behind me, must be getting old, lol. Anything ever went wrong or I sold the truck it will be as simple as undoing the taps and plugging the Sony crap back in.
If I have time tomorrow I will be swapping out the door speakers to the kicker ones that came in the kit. Hopefully it won't take long, looking at the instructions the door panels come off pretty easy and it is simple as take out speaker bolts and the kicker speakers plugs work on the factory plugs.

Door speakers are in, total breeze to do. Ford did a nice job on our door panels easy as pie to r&r. For others doing this job you will need a 5.5mm socket for the speaker bolts since not a common socket most have in their tool box. I have a ton of sockets and this is one I had to buy for this job. Only about $3 for a 1/4" drive kolbolt from lowes. Truck rocks now
