Rubber one. It's good, the sides don't get too scratched and look good still and **** doesn't slide around . I take the mat out and spray under it ever so often and still looks new underneath.

I've got a Bakflip Fibermax and like it very much. I've had it for a year now in Florida - and we get a bit of rain here!!
I've got an OE drop-in bed liner. When I first installed the tonneau I didn't put in the drip tubes - I was going to do it a few days latter. However, after driving a few days in several heavy rain showers with no leaks I decided I not to botherinstalling the drip tubes.
When I open the tailgate after a heavy rain I might see a slightly damp spot (maybe a couple teaspoons of water) in the rear of the bed, but the drop-in liner has channels in it where the drips settle and anything I have in the bed doesn't get wet.

I'd like a cover that can be painted to match the truck but I don't think I'll find one .
