Default Just installed my Peragon folding tonneau cover!

Great fit. Took about 2 hours to install. Take your time so nothing gets scratched! I washed the truck afterwards and no water in the bed. I had one of these on my 2006 GMC Sierra and liked that one too. They ran a deal a few weeks ago for $499 plus $89 for shipping. A great deal for the multi function you get with this type of cover. Just wanted to share my $.02 about the product. Looks great on the truck too!

How much room do you lose at the front of the bed when it is in the open position?

Maybe 10" or so. Not bad at, plus I have a bed extender so I get all that back plus some if needed. I looked for a while for a all around cover and this one seems to fit the bill. Love the locking feature of it too!

I see they are selling them for $499 again. Man, that is a great deal for what you get. I will try to get some pics uploaded tomorrow.

Looks nice. One question though: It looks like when you want to open the cover, the hinges between the panels fold down, allowing you to push the panels together. Is that correct? If so, if you have something in the bed under the cover, is it possible that it could block the panels from folding down, and therefore make it impossible to open the cover without removing what's underneath first?

Only if it is close to the front of the bed. You push down on the first panel and then it just folds. Kind of hard to explain, but it works quite well. I like it anyways.

Can the Peragon be left open half-way while driving, or is it just closed or all the way open? Peragon's site doesn't really mention this.
