How many miles/kms are you guys getting out of your brakes? So far I have 169,000 kms(about 104,000 miles)on my 2012 Plat 6.5 box with the original brakes . Still about 40% left on the F&R pads, with no pulsing whatsoever. I pull a trailer about once a month. I think I've done pretty well with the originals.

50,000 miles on my originals. No issues so far.

my '11 FX2 (traded) had 75,000 miles and had 50% left. I checked them at 50,000 and again at 72,000 miles.

My 2010 XLT had 72,000 miles on it when I had the orginal brakes inspected before trading it.

If you're doing it yourself it's generally a good idea to clean both sides of the rotor before mounting it. Hand prints and any oil residue can cause the brakes to slip a little.

63K on my 2011. Good pad material left, but my rotors are warped. I'll probably do a full brake job using Motorcraft pads/rotors within the next 10k miles.
