10-4 on that one! The wood grain pieces are indeed held on the door panels with a plastic rivet that is melted and holds it in place. I saw this when I removed the door panels to replace my speakers. I made sure to pay attention because I thought I might be able to switch my light wood trim pieces for the darker wood and that was a no go. The only way to take them off would be to cut the plastic rivets, but then you may have issues remounting it. I'm sure some gorilla glue would hold it in place though. I have the black carbon trim in my 2012 FX4 and I want the woodgrain.

I don't have the nav screen center though, that might be an issue.

Maybe we can trade.
