Intake spacer & cold air intake

you mean throttle body spacer? don't do it, definitely not worth it, and the noise it will make will probably annoy you. it doesn't add any measurable power at all. put that $100 towards something more useful

You could also try to get the intake pipes yourself from silicone intake systems or something similar and save a lot of money, I could never justify spending so much on a piece of plastic with a label on it

I am very pleased with the K&N 63 air intake on my '13 5.0. Nice sound, and noticeable gas savings... not much in the area of HP, but maybe it's just too liitle to notice.
