I went on line to Tasca, I did see the mirrors to order. are you able to swap out the back top cover. looks like the mirrors the same are the same as the original ford mirrors, are you able to swap out the back top cover. it lists it as chrome, but I would like to keep the white that i have. Did not see anything regarding the switch. Is this something you have to order separately, and does it replace the existing switch?

can do w/out the relay, getting info that it means reprogramming the body computer. Not getting a lot of help from dealers and outside sources here.
I think they r afraid to install them for fear of screwing up. I am not sure I
am able to attempt it myself, but I do have some buddies that restore cars who i might b able to seek out for install.

be great if i could hear back, you have been helpful so far. thx, Dane

Maybe I can answer some of this for you. If you have a white skull cap on your mirrors, when you order new ones they will come PTM, or Paint To Match. So the caps will be black primered, not black textured. I have nevr been able to switch out skull caps on mirrors without breaking something.

I'm not sure how o get the power fold to work, but I do know it is a different switch that goes in the same location as your current mirror adjust switch. Only difference on power fold ones, is that when you have the adjuster in the center(neutral) location, to fold in, you pull the adjuster back towards you. Out is the same,I think.
