Default improving ride

I am planning on keeping my truck for a long time
and was wondering if there are any shocks available that improve ride comfort, without hurting handling and towing ability?
basically suspension upgrades that aren't for leveling or raising the truck
I love the way my truck rides just looking to improve if I can since i will be keeping it for awhile. I know on my bike, suspension upgrades were a huge improvement over stock

Bilsteins are really good. I had them on my lowered 99' F150 and they really smoothed the ride. I also have use Ranchos. Still think the Bilsteins are the best.

Default Extra Weight

I put a cap on the truck and the couple of hundred pounds extra weight really smoothed things out.
