Default Stock FX4 wheel question

Hi guys, FNG here (not new to trucks, but new to ford). Thinking about picking up an '11 FX4 when the EcoBoost is out. Been doing some research on here and was just wondering if someone can confirm what Ive found so far on stock wheel specs for the FX4.

18 x 7.5 +44
20 x 8.5 +44
Raptor Wheels 17 x 8.5 +34

Also does anyone happen to know the weight of any/all of the wheels Ive listed? And lastly, will aftermarket 17" wheels, other than the Raptors, fit the FX4? TIA

17's should fit considering the stock rim is a 17. your just gonna have to check on backspacing and stuff but 17's should fit. Not sure about the raptor though they might use a different rotor setup on those not sure

Well with the 2011 FX4s there are two stock wheel options, 18s and 20s. No 17s listed. But I have seen some guys with the Raptor wheels on a regular F150 so I was just wondering if other 17s would fit. Didnt know if there was some restriction with brake size or something that would require an 18" wheel or bigger.

I'm guessing the 17 inch wheels at about 30lbs and the 20's at 39 to 40. The Ford Rep in the Ecoboost section of the North American International Auto Show thought they were heavier with the upgraded wheels 40 to 60 pounds heavier. It was agreed this would negatively effect performance but the difference is so slight as to be un noticeable in a 5,500 pound truck.

The smaller wheels turn in better and result in slightly better acceleration and economy, according to the expert.

Small hijack

Anyone know what brand and model tires come with the stock FX4 "P" series and the "LT" optional tire.

Don't know if I should just order the passenger tire and sell them back to the dealer.

Thanks

I have a 2010 FX4, and 17" will not fit because of the brake rotors. I'm assuming the same for the 2011 because I can't imagine they would go down on the brakes.
