I would be lost without my grab handle, I use it every entry and exit. Saves the edge of the seat! Why would Ford delete such a useful item is beyond me...

Not sure? But they didn't have one from 09-14. I didn't really miss it in my '11 or '14 but apparently some people miss it.

ReactiveD - I have a grab bar driver side handle that was removed when I put in a gauge pillar in my 2010 F150. It is sitting in the garage let me know if you are interested, practically in new condition. < pic's >
So ... What you've pic'ed is either ...
- from a pre-2009 F-150
- from a F-250.

bsmit24 - I read somewhere on here there is an airbag in and a retrofit isn't possible.
When the A-pillar air-curtain deploys it kicks-out the trim at the top and pushes past it leaving the trim/moulding still attached to the A-pillar.
There are 2 clips of different construct that retain the trim/moulding ...
- [*]
- it's expansion pushes past the top of the trim/moulding though may(?) cause it to be slightly out and away from the A-pillar.
- the air-curtain extends rearward along the side glass until fully deployed and then deflates.
- the lower portion of the trim/moulding remains attached (somewhat) to the A-pillar, however, may be askew at the top

marrs1721 - I'll take the grab handle if the first guy doesn't take it!
Based upon ...
-NONE- of the 2010 F-150s had a LH (driver) side A-pillar grab handle. Neither did -ANY- 2009-2014. *Re-introduced for 2015.
So ... What you've pic'ed is either ...
