What grit did u sand with before paint? What primer did u use? Upload a pic if u can!

Nice job man. Spray max is quality stuff. We use to use it at a number of different auto body shops I used to work at. Been trying to get my current boss to buy that stuff instead of what we have now! Haha!

My guess is sub-par clear. There are many TERRIBLE spray can clear. What the op used, Spray max is great stuff!!

@ mbullock, you are correct sir
Spray max is better quality than some regular spray gun clears I've shot in the past.. idk why more people dont use it! You are the first guy I've talked to on any forum thats had experience with it.. i mean look at the shine on those handles! With NO cutting or buffing!

Why buy chrome couldn't you just sand yours down to smooth ?

Yeah the stuff is awesome!! We use the SEM stuff at my work now...its crap compared to spray max.

We have a local "Bumper to Bumper" that carries it.
