This is true but, you can increase the brightness up to 40% if you change the battery acid semi annually.

I was skeptical too at first like most of you guys, but it makes sense in theory. I am going to try it tomorrow before I head out on my weekend trip and I will post up results. Im hoping for a decent increase in gas mileage.

Change your fuel filter acid too, that really makes the difference.
