I added an Air Catch Can system to each tire to remove all the contaminants.

You wouldn't believe the amount of gunk that I collect!

I hear a cheaper fix is to drill a small hole in the side of the rim, but then the dirty air ends up all over the garage floor.

You would think that this would come standard on a $50,000 Truck!!

didn't read this whole thread but what a waste of time, didn't notice a difference at all but maybe I did it wrong? cores out, let the air out, cores in and re-inflate right?

If you use good fresh country air, it is even better still to use a spare F-150 cabin filter to further refine the quality of the air as it enter the tires.
