I still have factory air in my tires. I followed the service tech's advice and changed out my exhaust bearings so the muffler bearings don't wear so fast. The "high speed" part of your post worries me. Did I get screwed?

Now if the shop had suggested a change to nitrogen I might give him a listen, but swap air for air? He's nuts.

I was gonna change the air in my tires when I went in for my muffler bearing grease, and I also pre ordered the new left hand steering wheel

You shouldve asked him if the tire deflator is next to the flux capacitor.

Is it cheaper to just rotate the air in your tires or the entire tire? I don't mind them rotating the whole tire but the charge to remove and then reinstall on the other rim gets expensive.

the ecoboost doesn't require air flushes, only the 5.0
