Right now my commute is just under 24 miles each way to work, taking me around half an hour. Getting the 16.3 miles to the gallon I average, with gas right around 3.80, it is costing me just over 11 dollars a day. And that is just to work and back.

If I didn't love my truck so much I would call myself an idiot.

6 miles each way. I'm thankful for that too, because my wife has to drive over 55 miles each way, which is why we got her a Fusion Hybrid.

2010 highlander says its 16.2
and my harley (sold) said 14 even.
gas is $3.40 here

36 miles round trip in stop and go traffic so my avg hangs around 15.5 mpg. It really sucks when you break it down to $'s per day, week, month, etc. I forget about it pretty quick though once I climb into the drivers seat and fire her up.
