How to get notifications about threads
Im a computer retard. Seriously, I am. I went to the FAQ and read about subscriptions and how to get notified if someone else responds back to the thread. Question is... how/where/ do I click on the instant or daily notifications? I cant find the click button for this. Also... Im being notified on a couple of threads, but how come not the rest? I have not done anything different to those as to the others??
What I want is a notification to my email that any thread Ive contributed too I would like a notice that someone else has posted after me so I do not forget what posts I may/may not have asked a question is.
Simple step by step please.

ps... just seen at bottom of page before submitting this post a thread subscription notice type. I opened it and is said instant or daily. Is this what Im looking for?????
