How do i reset the ecu/computer On my truck

Hey guys I wanted to know how to reset my ecu/computer on my 2012 f150 and is a ecu Reset same as a computer rest thanks guys

If im not mistaking, i think you disconnect the battery and leave it like that for a couple minutes; then reconnect it.

In the manual read about Hooking up a new battery there is seriously a process.
