Default How do I figure out my gear ratio

Hey guys,

I just purchased a new to me 2011 F150. It is an xlt 4x4 offroad model. I believe that it has the 3:73 gear ratio due to the fact that it is the 4x4 offroad model but I was just wondering if there is a badge anywhere on the truck or axle that tells the gear ratio. It does have the selectable E locker

Just because it's 4x4 off road doesn't mean it's a certain gear. I have a '13 FX4 off road with locking rear and it has 3.55's.

I believe this info about door sticker is in owners manual.

The owners manual can be looked up online if it's been misplaced.

There will be codes to tell you

Put your Vin number in this website, should say on the window sticker:

http://www.inventory.ford.com/services/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf%3Fvin%3D1FT8W3DT6DEA553

If that link doesn't work, Google - Ford window sticker and find the inventory.ford.com site.
