Default How did you mount your LED cubes?

Guys if I could see how they are mounted behind the grill that would be awesome. Actual pics behind the grill are going to be the most helpful for me and I'm sure for a lot of people considering this mod.

It was very was easy just a small piece of plate that I cut then drilled 2 holes in then drilled a hole in the cross brace on the front of the truck. Bolted it all down! If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

Excellent pictorial, and almost a "no brainer"!! How does shining through the grille insert affect light output and/or dispersion? Thinking some spots mounted there would work well.

What kind of lights are those? I also have a 20" in my bumper would like to do the cubes in the grill like this. My light in the bumper is just a cheapo one but still works awesome on the back roads for deer ect ect.

i utilized the holes in the grill mount bars. i made a 3" x 3" L shaped bracket, with 2" slots on both sides, that way i had a ton of room for adjustability. I bolted the l bracket to the grill support, then the cube to the L bracket. i snugged everything down, adn adjusted my light where i wanted it. then tightened everything down good. ran the wiring up thru the hood liner so you dont even see it. i can send a picture of the bracket if needed. but its simple. i work at a fabrication shop, so had our guys laser cut it, then use the press brake to for it to 90 degree angle. then i painted it with several layers of black. looks great!
