No, it's when you start dating them or marry them that these qualities emerge. I never said I was disrespectful to woman did I? I just see it daily, women driving around in cars their husbands payed for, in nice clothes their husbands pay for, on the way to a Mani pedi that their husbands pay for, and then they still cheat, lie and are disrespectful. My mom drives an ML63 Mercedes and gets to by whatever she wants... When my dad says something, it's the way. When he gets upset, she is quiet.... Sorry you don't agree with me. The lack of respect women have towards men these days is incredible. If you're happy with your arrangement, more power to you.

I just got my new truck in april and took my running boards off a few weeks ago. I'm 6'6 so I never used them anyway, as I can easily just step into the cab.
It didn't even cross my mind as I was taking them off though as to how my gf would feel (she's only 5'1) until we were heading to my nephews baseball game and took her several tries to hoist herself up in, as I sat there laughing my *** off. (Note: this is with a 6" lift and 35s)
Needless to say, they went back on that evening. She said she didn't care if I had them or not when I asked her, but I felt bad after watching her try to get in and didn't want her to have to go through that every time we went somewhere, even though it was hilarious

Could be that I'm OCD about keeping my truck clean and don't want boot prints on my clean running boards

seannh, That is not a nice thing to say...SMH. Then when you polish it on purpose with the intent of her falling down, and she slips and injure herself, break a bone or even end up in the hospital, then you will be feeling bad, and you being her spouse will also be the one at home tending to her and the injuries you caused.
