Back in the day before there was an internet and you were the shiznit if you had a Commadore 64, there were these dial up sites called BBS's. You were supposed to be a member to be able to dial into these, but before security was what it is today and if you knew a little something you could log in as "default user". When I signed up for yahoo messenger I tried that and yahoo said default_user8 was available. Guess 7 other people were quicker than me, and i've been using it ever since.
