A buddy of mine gave it to me, he had a Police upfitting shop and always had two way radio's that needed repaired, specifically Motorola Spectra's. I could fix the ones no one else could, hence the name.

Fun thread...Mine comes from a river guide business I once had called..."Ryders' River Riders" back in the early 90s. My email became riverryder and that is what I have used on most forums I am on....last name is Ryder.

My parents gave me my name 62 years ago. I was named after my grandfather, a retired Washington, DC cop. So, I found it on my drivers license and already knew how to spell it. Other than that, I just have no imagination. I used to use Foxwagon when it drove an 85 LTD station wagon. It was a fox chassied car.
