Default Help With My Kenwood DNX890 Stereo

I have a DNX890 and Maestro in my 2012 XLT. Everything works great except making a call via Bluetooth. My phone pairs and connects just fine. I can hear my phone ring through my speakers and can also hear the person speaking on the other end. They can't hear me. What am I not doing correctly? Thanks in advance!

There is a Kenwood forum that might be better help.

I got a Kenwood 9990HD and found that forum somewhat helpful.

I have the 890hd. With my new iPhone 6+ it literally just answers the phone then keeps ringing. So annoying

Maybe that's my problem. I thought I could use the SYNC mic.

I'm using my sync mic, not sure what I did but I think my bluetooth is shut off on radio. Try posting in the stereo section, 12v guy should be able to help you out.

Finally figured out how to enable the SYNC mic through the receiver. Thanks for the help!
