Default Help identifying wires

I'm working on installing paddle shifters (inspired by this post https://www.f150forum.com/f38/workin...oboost-144648/ )

however he has the console shifter and I have the column shifter. I have located the wiring coming from the shifter. I'm not sure which ones I need to splice though. I know that some of them are for the tow/haul switch and some are for the shift select switch.

This is the bundle coming out of the shifter and going to the coupling to go wherever it is these wires go.

This is the wire bundle unclipped from the shifter leads. Could anyone identify which wires are the gear +, gear -, and ground leads from the select shift switch?

Thank you
