Help with 2010 Lariat door lock issue - not actuators
Hey everyone,
Reposting from General Discussion. Apologies for posting in wrong area.
I have searched for my exact issue on this forum and others, so please bear with me. Issue is simple...only door lock that works with keypad, remote fobs and inside done lock buttons is the driver door. All 3 remaining doors will not work and all went out at the same time. My conclusion from that is that all 3 actuators couldn't have failed at the same time. So I don't think that's the issue.
From my reading, I can't discern if this is a Anti-Theft Control Module, BCM, VSM or SJB issue, or even what of those parts is actually in my vehicle. Like I said, I've read a lot that are close to my issue, but haven't found my exact issue on my year F-150. I realize this will probably require a trip to the dealer, but want to know what's possibly going on before I go.
And if it's a part I can purchase and install, I can go that route. Any help is greatly appreciated!
