Hello, I can't find the part numbers of the actuator I need to buy. I need the lower, driver side one but figured if you guys have the diagrams maybe upload them for the rest of us to see. Also if you have the calibration procedure, please upload it as I've read a couple different methods.

Truck is a 2010 fx4 lux w/ nav, dual climate controls. No heat on driver side and when I turn the heat up on the drivers side, I get the clicking/knocking sound for a little bit. Everything else works, for now.

have an 09 with similar problem for passenger side....no heat, no temp control. havent found much information on this issue...might be a dealer thing to figure out.

I managed to diagnose mine as the lower actuator. I can't remember the part number but the dealer looked it up no problem with my vin. They wanted around $1300 to do it. I did it myself and it was a horrible job to do. There is lots of info on testing them and changing them. Maybe someone here can get you a link or two
