$800 for a set of retrofit lights - sorry but that is insane. I understand it is capitalism and if I dont like the price I dont have to buy em, but holy **** I will stick with my regular old lights for that.

you should maybe go get your eyes checked, you may have vision problems, that or your overdriving your 35w hids with 55w or higher ballest. or your bulbs are aging... 4300 is pure white, 5000 is very white with a hint of blue, 6000, the blue is showing even more, higher than 6000 is utterly useless to drive with

Why is $800 for OEM retrofits ridiculous? The OEM housings ($300-500) plus the $250 in retrofit parts, plus money for time/labor/risk. If you are getting it for less then they weren't OEM housings lol
