So I have been sitting a few months with some Brand new Pacesetter LTH, I purchased from a local shop. I was there when he ordered them, on my receipt he put my MAke Model and engine size down. Well 4 days went by and I got the call that they have arrived, I goto the shop the box is kinda roughed up, I look them over show him that one tube has a small dent, well as I go over the invoice it say 2009 5.4 3v... I have a 2009 4.6 3v XLT. When I ask him why he accepted the wrong part he said, " these are the same size, but will hang down a little lower, just a little mods like if we have to, knotch the frame!." The wole time he is yelling at me like I messed up. And I asked to get a refund after I spent 1100 bux his wife heard me ask for it and they ganged up "saying the o n ly refund youll get is 10% of what you paied!"
After that and some choice words to these crooks I grabbed my stuff and left.

I called Pacesetter to see if they could help, but all they said is that the deck height is the only difference. And since it didnt directly go threw them, I on my own.

The cats are Magnaflo Spuns i got 2 cause I need that lol that was rite


Im super bummed havent found anyone to buy them

Just need some help with the fitment issue, if anyone knows a real YES or NO

You only get 10% refund for wrong damaged parts. WTF

You could consider taking them to small claims court.

If you paid with a cc call them and file a dispute. They will handle it for you.
