Wear on the rear pads and rotors is very low compared to the fronts... I did order a set of LTS rear pads along with the front pads/rotors. I think the rear rotors will be well within spec.

Matching LTS rear pads, $66 shippped

Thanks to the OP for sharing! I ordered the same on Amazon at $179. Amazon shows it has shipped and I look forward to installing ASAP.

I went ahead and ordered this set last night since $199 still seams like a steal. The LTS pads cost nearly $100 by themselves, so I figured another $50-60 each for a quality rotor is nothing. I had Hawk LTS pads on my last truck and I really liked them, and my current OEM rotors are not wearing too well. My only fear is that the quiet slot rotors will look sort of ricerish (for lack of a better term), but I think they're subdued enough to where they will look ok.

Can any of you guys comment if the inner (piston side) front pads have shims that match the contour of the pad backing plate?
My hawk pads look like this:

When my stock pads look like this:

I'm trying to get a hold oh hawk's customer service but I never remember to call until they're already closed.

Just ordered my set last night for $199, and this morning it went up $6 more dollars(which is not much). I recommend those thinking about purchasing get them now before the price gets inflated.

OP Here....

Pads and rotors delivered today.
  • Full set, as expected. Two rotors, four pads. Correct part numbers (1 x HU672Y-714, 2 x HUS659). They even included a nice packet of Hawk brake grease.
  • Inner pads have correct ears, but shim does not cover the ear area. I think this is very common with aftermarket pads, don't think it will have any adverse effect.
  • Fast shipping (Ordered Friday evening, arrived Wednesday morning Fed-Ex Home Delivery.
I'll update after I install (maybe today if I get some time), but so far extremely pleased with the product and price! Well worth $180 (price looks like it went up to $205, still a great deal IMHO).

...rotor itself seems to be of nice quality. Hats and edges are painted, so perhaps they won't rust so quickly. Like them or not, I don't think the relief slots will be visible from more than a few feet anyway, especially when the pads are bedded.

I did notice the box for the rotors listed COO as China. Perhaps they all are these days. Anybody know COO of OEM rotors?
