Jeff is the service Manager there and you could not get a worse person to manage customer service. He was at Advantage before this and should not have made it to another ford dealership! Idiot. If you need to see any dealer in Calgary try advantage, after many visits to other dealerships they have been the easiest to deal with. God knows Ford wont help.

The whole service team is outstanding, and the sales team is pretty stand up too! They are a long way out of the way for me, but I take my truck to them for service anyway because they've always been good to me.

^^Thats good to know! I live in Dover, and refuse to go to Bill Dube anymore. Their service writers are good, but the work takes forever and is shoddily done. Portsmouth Ford isn't bad, but it can take a really long time to get in there. I think I'll give McFarland a chance with my newt ruck since someone feels positively enough about it to recommend it. It doesn't hurt that I'll be driving by it twice a day for the next few months.

On our last road trip while entering Fargo a very large rock left a helluva star crack in the windshield. My insurance co. recommended I have it checked out. Having a "Sound Screen" windshield I decided to stop at a Ford Dealer. The hotel desk recommended Luther Family Ford. It was late in the day near closing, but the service dept. lady said not to worry, and sent me to their glass shop. We decided to let it alone, but they all treated us like we were loyal customers. Great experience.
