Default has anyone had to repair or replace their frame rail bumper mounts?

Got in a fender bender and was determined to do the work myself. Pulled if the bumper and discovered that the mounts attached to the frame rail are bent. Anyone had this happen? I was going about 10 mph on impact.

Considering its just bumper mounts i say heat and bend. Just will not be as strong for next impact.

I would assume new mounts are available. (it looks like there's a part number stamped on it in the pic).
I would recommend to just cut the old ones off & weld the new ones back on.

Good eye. I agree, if you can get new ones do it right.

You are awesome! I have been looking for those parts all week and the only thing I could find was the frame rail repair kit where you cut off the entire end and replace it. These are exactly what I need!

Thank you!

So, need a welder? Or is there some other method that does not require cutting and welding?

IMHO not having a removable bracket is really poor design work by Ford.
