Default greasing chasis and u joint

How do you grease a chasis on a 13 F150 XLT offroad. I also want to grease the u joint as the owners manual says to during oil changes. Any tips or directions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

As per the owner's manual .....
Lubricate if equipped with grease fittings.
However ... There are no grease fittings on any of the OEM parts.

As the OEM parts wear-out and are replaced (often) with aftermarket counterparts, the higher quality version of the replacements will have grease fittings.

It's been that way since the late 1950's / early 1960's.

They have been using sealed components for years now. When it goes bad you just replace it.

Some things you can drill/tap in a grease fitting but its probably not worth the hassle.
