Question MPG upgrades

I've got a 2012 lariat with the 5.0. What are some things yall have done to increase MPG? What did you install and what was the result?

Biggest change for me came from increasing my tire pressure. CAI and Tune did next to nothing for mpg's.

Tires, pressure, synthetic fluids, clean air filter, clean MAFS, premium fuel, tuner, cut all weight, no lifts, and most of all throttle control.

I run a tune, green air filter, cleaned MAF sensor, and use cruise control everywhere I go. The modifications were worth 2mpg.... on a Raptor.
For the standard F150 crowd, and bought used, check to make sure you have all the proper factory air dams. Many remove them because they don't like the look.... but they do serve a function.

It's all about attaining what the window sticker shows, and opportunities to improve on that. All of us want better mpg within reason.
