Good to hear. Can't wait to try them in the snow. The Scorpions were nothing short of dangerous imho in the winter. I was probably in 4x4 as much as 4x2 most days just so I could feel a little more "stable"

i too got the cooper AT3 for the same reasons...price as the Cooper was rated #1 last year. This year the Goodyear with Kevlar is rated higher. I too am looking Fwd to see how these tires (Cooper and goodyear) performs in the snow.

Cooper tread is similar.

I have always been a cooper tire guy. We just installed the Adventurers on a Chevy 2500 plow truck at work. They are a good looking tire. We have had great luck with the Michelin M/S2's on our 3/4 ton plow trucks. We will be putting a set of the Cooper AT3's on one of our older 2500 HD's so we can do a comparison of longevity between the 3 trucks/tire combos. It will be interesting to see what works and lasts.

the new cooper ATW is a great winter choice as well. It's their most progressive SUV/light truck tire to date.
The Cooper Discoverer A/TW boasts a reliable all-terrain design with both off-road and on-road capabilities, aggressive enough to achieve the “severe snow” rating via the 3-peak mountain snowflake symbol....... Will see the reviews on that one in the spring.

Got them on the truck. 60psi. Way too hard at that pressure. Gonna play around a bit and see what feels the best but I don't know if I'll go under 45.

Nasty rainstorm last night and the grip was excellent. Very pleased at the traction even over the thick paint lines that made my SRAs slide like they were on ice.

I prefer the tread pattern of the Hercules Terra Trac(made by Cooper) over the AT3.

Camera broke. Damn Lumix. Second one in a row. I'll try to snap some with my wife's cell phone when she's back from work.

I hope it's not a pain in the *** to post photos. Guess I'll peruse the tutorial.

Ps, 50psi is better but I'll try 45psi for non towing days. Traction may not be as good as I thought. Spun em pretty easy from a dig at a stop light.

Ok, testing photos.

Don't know if anyone can see these really poor quality labtop captures. If they uploaded I'll try to take better ones with a real camera.
