Gauge mode on 2013's
Just ran across this vid: http://youtu.be/LsCyank11S0 . Nevermind the exhaust, what are we looking at on the display? Did they populate the gauge mode empty screen? Any way of getting the update?

I'm guessing you only get that on higher end models, I have a 2013 FX4 with the luxury package and all I got was the trans temp and a 2nd blank screen. There is a little compass on the Nav display.

Actually this makes sense that it is on the XLT and not FX4.
I suspect that your FX4 has full MFT whereas the XLT will likely have the updated radio with the 4.3" screen. The company and outside temp used to be in the 2-line display.
..just my theory. I may be crazy.

I think the compass is more of a basic feature because the upgraded models have the compass on the navigation section of the bigger display so there is no need for it to be in the gauges. The one thing I want is a digital speedometer in the center display I miss that from my old car.
