Default Truck won't start after replacing purge valve

My new to me 2014 with the 5.0 was starting hard, it would crank a long time before firing. It would always start eventually. Took it in to the dealer for diagnosis and they said the purge valve was stuck open. Replaced the valve this morning and now the truck won't start at all. Cranks and cranks as long as I hold the key but does not fire up. Any ideas?

Pull fuse 27 under the hood and take a look at its condition.

I pulled it earlier during diagnosing this morning...fuse is fine, fuel pump relay clicks on, fuel pump runs. I have 12v at the #27 fuse with key on engine off. I did get it to finally fire somehow, not sure what I did different. However now it's running rough, has a wrench light and CEL. Going to at least get the code for the check engine light and see what it says. Will update later.

Not so much the fuse but the fuse holder that melts on number 27.

Haven't taken it apart yet - the truck will start after sitting but just like before it's a struggle to crank over. Pulled the following codes:
P0109 - map sensor circuit intermittent
U0109 - lost communication with fuel pump module
P2196 and p2198 - 02 sensors #1 in both banks reading rich
I'm at a loss. It had the codes read yesterday at the dealer and wasn't throwing these, then I change the purge valve and all this comes up.

Fuse and fuse box seem perfectly fine...relay functioning...couldn't hurt to do the relocate but I don't know that it's the entire problem

Put the old valve back, see if the codes stop. Maybe it was DOA. Does that code really say MAP sensor? 5.0 doesn't have one of those.

Ya are you sure map sensor?
Those purge valves act up all kinds of strange to lean to rich codes can show up.
Maybe the new part is a dud out of the box?
Could be just coincidental today it acts up ??
I'm not sure the 14s have that separate fuel pump module above the rear axle or not?
