In my professional opinion because I don't know how much background you have I would advocate for an OEM sending unit. Napa/advance/oreily will work okay for a while but I consistently comming back for failure sooner than oem would. I'd rec you shell out the extra little amount and put a ford one in it, bit certainly do whatever you feel is best

Thank y'all for all the info and I'll post after I install to let you know how the truck is running.
Hopefully the tank isn't too full. Dropping the tank on a pickup is not to bad a job. It's good to have a couple of extra hands to keep things steady on the jack when you lower it.
Let us know how it turns out.

I recommend using something flat like plywood close to the size of the gas tank between the tank and floor jack, especially if there's much fuel in it. I had one cave in a few years ago. I'm not sure of the thickness of these tanks so it may not matter, but I've changed tons of them and it seemed to help. And +1 on an OEM part, I replaced so many pumps/sending units in my '94 z71 that I cut a hole in my bed and door to flop open when it went out. Went with an AC Delco part and it lasted the longest. Not sure about these trucks, but I've found a couple of mine were easier to just remove the bed.

Hey guys I did not do the fuel
Pump this weekend because I hooked the gauge back up one more time just to double check and I got 60psi on start up but on idle immediately dropped to 38 -40 psi. Would that be a throttle issue? Is there an sensor somewhere or anyway to adjust throttle if that sounds like the issue ?

No, if your fuel pressure is dropping below spec you need to replace your pump, you can try to replace the fuel filter if it has one but lets be honest, that's not going to give you a loss of 20psi
