Was it level before you put the billies on? My front is not level but I can only tell by using a tape measure. For Tacoma owners it's called Taco lean. A trim spacer is available to compensate for the added weight on the driver's side.

I did not check before I pit them on.

If after the alignment you still have the issue, make sure the spring perch that came with the Bilsteins are on correctly. It's easy to put the perch on upside down on one side and that will cause one side to be significantly higher than the other side. You can also tell when this is the case by looking at your upper control arms. The UCA will be resting down touching the spring when the truck is at rest. The other side the UCA will be normal and not be touching. Easy mistake to make on install.

This is with new coil springs and Bilstein 5100's on the highest setting.

Here is the finished product, new coils springs, new upper control arms, new Bilstein 5100 shocks, and new 295/70/18 Cooper ST Maxx tires. The side to side difference after the alignment and tires is only 5/16"

Thanks, I love the way the whole truck looks and rides now. I just need to get it tuned and I will be all set. Here is a good pic of just how much taller and meatier the St Maxx tires 295/70/18 are than a 275/70/18.
