Default Freakin new truck should NOT have this issue

Bought my truck cash trade about yr. ago.. My brother a mech.Noticed that the rotor had wear,sure enough you can feel the grooves ..20k on her.Right Front.that and the power windows have a hesitation when rolling up..both pass and drivers side.Anyone ever hear of this?

Nothing is perfect. Lots of people have rotor/brake issues.

Get the windows looked at.
