I'm thinking I'm sold, but I was really looking to put a 34" tire on stock wheels.
Seems most have said you need a 2.5" lift for the 34's to fit. As I understand the Fox's are 2". Guess my question is has anybody put the 275/65R20's on a truck w/the Fox's?

When I get mine installed I'm going to try either 275/65R20 or 295/60R20 but it will be with aftermarket +20 offset wheels.

Whoever told you that is wrong! I ran rancho quicklifts on my old 2011 which sagged to under 2" of lift, I ran 295/60/20's no problem.

Will a universal coilover wrench work with the Fox coilovers? Has anyone run them at stock position?

After reading more on the stage3 motorsports page it looks like these Fox 2.0 coilovers (the 2.0 which refers to the diameter of the valve body) provide an adjustable 0-2.0" of lift.

No one guy said you must run 2.5" of lift to run a 34" tire on stock rims ..... After reading a ton of threads it looked like the general rule was a 2.5" lift (either a spacer or coil over) was needed to properly fit a 34" tire.
After reading more on the stage3 motorsports page it looks like these Fox 2.0 coilovers (the 2.0 which refers to the diameter of the valve body) provide an adjustable 0-2.0" of lift.

This is right, lots of people run 295/60R20 with no clearance issues or at most just a little bit of trimming to some pretty much useless plastic.
