I'm actually starting to really like these LEDs. I took out the Rigid SAEs and sent them off for a warranty inspection. I'm going to be hesitant to put the SAEs back in the truck once they return.
Maybe I should put the SAEs on the back where I currently have the SRM cubes mounted for reverse lights....hhmmm. That sure would wake up a few motorists if the SAEs come on while they're tailgating.

I have a cheap set of led pods mounted below my bumper, and they're hooked up to a switch. They're awesome to flash tailgaters with.

I'm enjoying them a lot too. While I never had SAE's, I had a set of the putco bulbs and these blow them out of the water. The foreground lighting is fantastic. Combined with the bambi mod enabled in forscan, OEM HID high beams, these fogs, and my lightbar, it's a wall of light on dark back roads.

FYI- The molex connectors inside the female plug for these fogs can slide back easily apparently, one of mine went out yesterday after I was doing some work on my HIDs and when I pulled the plugs apart I noticed the molex connector had recessed back, probably when i put tension on the wires.
I'm sure most of you didn't splice in the female connector like i did and just plugged in the stock one, but in case you did watch out for that.

I initiated a refund with Amazon, they cause too much static on my FM channels (the weaker ones). If you want them I would have to get my $40 back out of the deal (paypal fees and shipping on you) PM me if so, I will be returning them this weekend.

I finally got my sets last night. You guys weren't kidding, these are bright! I bench tested them against some BMW X5 OEM LED foglights I had kicking around and these blow those out of the water as far as light output goes. However, the cut off isn't as sharp and the light distribution isn't at nice, but these are somewhat minor things. Hopefully I can get them installed in the next few days!

I finally got them leveled to exactly what works for me. They definitely broadcast a wider, longer light.
So... So far, so good and I'm not bothering oncoming traffic.
I haven't experienced any interference with my stereo, thankfully....
I do wish they where a little more level looking in the housing.. They are tilted just a couple degrees, but honestly nobody would notice or care but me.
