More lift than a 2.5 Leveling kit
Looking to get a little more lift on the Front of my 2wd F150. I currently have a 2.5 Autospring Leveling Kit on the front and looking for a bit more to level it out with the back or slightly higher (have 1.5" block in rear). Can I install Billstein 5100's to get another inch or 2 of lift? Trying to avoid having to go with a full 4" or 6" lift kit. Thanks in advance!

Short answer, no.
Longer answer, you will stress all of your front end components. 2.5" is about the max you would want to go. Some people push 3" but never over that.
Don't try to be cheap in the beginning. It will cost you more with replacing front end parts in the end. If you want more lift, get an actual lift. Rough Country has 4" actual suspension lift for about $1k plus install so 1500-2000 depending on shop if you take it somewhere.
Btw, nice truck

Likely you won't have much of any downward travel articulation in the upper control arms going for another 2"

On top of what everyone else said, you likely wouldn’t even be able to bolt anything back together trying to do that.

So this essentially?

Of course, you will not get more articulation but you will get a higher ride height
