I like it. I have terrible cell service wherever my useless phone goes... but either truck starts fine every time as I have it on two. I don't use it in summer a ton but in winter you bet I will. Especially on my work rig as it can sit parked and i can ride in one of my other company trucks and have it warm on a -20 day from 10 miles away. I'm with the main carrier in this province and the trucks are obviously running on the same network. I guess you could say it could have more features but honestly I just wanted it for what it's designed for... starting my truck.

Absolutely love it. I come off a bus coming home and in the winter I start it about 20 min away so it is nice and warm for my drive from the parking lot to my house. And I like the fact that if I can't remember if I locked my truck at the end of the day you can lock it from anywhere.

I wish there was a option to increase the run time a little.

on some of those -10 or -20°f mornings with ungodly wind it gets brutal. I realize 15 minutes is good, that's about right to have some heat in it, but I can't part inside anywhere I go (even home) so maybe having a 20-25 minutes option would be a big deal to get some of that snow to melt off and make the cab all toasty by the time I get to it.

Idk... 15 works, and you can do it twice I suppose, but 15 minutes doesn't seem *quite* long enough for some of those really bitter days.

In the app if you press the start button twice it will double your run time. So if your run time is set to 15 minutes it will allow your vehicle to run 30 minutes without shutting off.

This. And to add to that the app also allows you to run the truck half an hour every hour without having to go out and physically start it with the key.

I love mine! nothing better than being at the lake and not having to worry about your keys when unloading & loading up the boat...

I trailer the boat to the ramp, wife unloads it, I park the truck, leave the keys in a hidden location, lock the doors, get in the boat and arm it through my phone.
Day is done, I start my truck from wherever we are, set it for 30 min run time, unload at the dock, wife unlocks the truck with HER phone app (yes, two phones can control the remote system) when i'm close, I get in and its 72* inside on a 100* day..

Just a little scenario....

It does however need to be updated to add some features like, start at a certian time of day, inside temp, and location GPS.... my opinion only..

double hit the 15 min counter & it will increase to 30 min.

I also love it. It was a breeze to install and the ability to start my truck while on the train home from work in either hot or cold temperatures is awesome and well worth the $50 annual subscription.

The iphone app is very easy to use but isn't exactly beautiful looking . . . it could use a proper IOS redesign.

Other than it's appearance, the only thing I don't like about the app is the notification badge pops up almost daily. When you open the app, there is no notification at all. It's odd and should be fixed. Also it would be nice if the "Find" function could open up a map and show you where the truck is located rather than just sounding the horn.

But what about us that don't have the app, is this a possibility with just the key remote start?

That's what I mean, where its native to the truck, no extras necessary.
