2014 F150 5.0L XLT keeps popping P0430 Code - Help!
Howdy,
I recently purchased a 2014 F150 with ~95K Miles on it. The night I bought it, when driving to the gym, it popped a P0430 error code. After consulting with my mechanic the day after, we replaced the O2 sensors. That night, the CEL came up again, with the same code.
Long story short, we ended up replacing both Catalytic converters and all 8 spark plugs. I drove the truck after these repairs for 30 miles and the P0430 Light came back on. I do not believe that this could be a fuel pump issue, as my MPG has been around 14.5 in the city.
Any advice on what this could be? Could it be a faulty fuse? Bad intake manifold? Maybe a faulty EVAP system? I am lost here and any advice is appreciated.
Thank you all.

Some s
- Faulty/dirty MAF sensor.
- Exhaust leak.
- Air intake leak. *Don't rule-out the PCV system.
- Ignition mis-fire. *Even though the plugs were changed.
etc., etc., etc..

Did you ever check the wiring or spark? That code is bank 2, driver side. Not sure why you would worry about both sides right away. Fuel injectors? Misfires? Any diagnostics at all?
Here's Ford's list of causes:
